The Opportunity
As part of the Testing as a Service team you are expected to lead the aspects of delivery on multiple engagements. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to manage client relationships, confirm client satisfaction of services, and lead delivery resource recruitment efforts.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college

- Demonstrates thought leader level knowledge and success with executing delivery excellence for managed services engagements across one or more platforms (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Google etc.) and diverse technologies
- Demonstrates thought leader level ability to advise in the design, activation or operation of business process focused managed services
- Leads the aspects of delivery on multiple engagements
- Manages client relationships, confirming client satisfaction of services
- Leads delivery resource recruitment efforts
- Develops training and certification plans for delivery resources
- Brings transition management experience and fundamental knowledge in support/service management
- Providing client senior management with pertinent analysis and information needed to make operational, financial and strategic decisions

The salary range for this position is: $142,500 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
