M&A Large Deals Program Manager

Job Overview:

LPL is looking for a senior Program Manager to drive the success of our large M&A deals and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the delivery of large M&A deals and partnerships

• Partner closely with domain Product managers and Tech leads

• Ensure end-to-end requirements are clearly documented

• Maintain visibility and tracking of deal roadmap to an on-time and on-budget execution - oversee successful execution

• Ensure upstream & downstream dependencies are understood and documented

• Manage financials for the deal

• Put a governance model and tools in place to manage scope, drive resolution of issues and challenges, and communicate status

• Provide updates to senior management and LPL and clients

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry,

• 7+ years experience driving large-scale transformational initiatives with program management disciplines

Core Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various levels within the organization and influence key decision makers

• The ability to lead across a cross-functional team and drive outcomes without having direct authority

• Desire to drive a world-class experience for our clients and partners

• Strong understanding of Agile processes and tools

Preferences:

• PMP highly preferred

• The ability to turn data into insights, actions, and decisions

• Exception problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Results-oriented

Pay Range:

$137,288-$228,813/year
 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
