Our portfolio spans the Hawaiian Islands, Caribbean, Central America, Europe, Mexico, Middle East, South Pacific (Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, New Caledonia, New Zealand & Tahiti), Japan, the United States & Canada, and cruise vacations worldwide. You’ll have the opportunity to craft bespoke itineraries to the most sought-after destinations, using our exclusive collection of products and services.
Summary:
This full-time salaried position is for professionals who thrive in developing long-term consultative relationships with travel advisors and hotel partners who cater to high-net-worth decerning travelers who are looking for unique travel experiences at the world’s best resorts and destinations.
The ideal candidate possesses a refined understanding of luxury travel, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for creating unforgettable global travel experiences. You will manage your own curated book of business and work exclusively with established travel advisors, hotel partners and loyal clients.
Primary Duties:
Act as the dedicated luxury travel expert for a portfolio of clients and travel advisors
Build long-term consultative relationships through personalized service and consistent follow-up
Curate high-touch travel itineraries tailored to each client’s vision
Oversee the booking process from first consultation through post-travel follow-up
Anticipate needs and proactively recommend enhancements to elevate the client experience
Maintain deep expertise in destinations, products, promotions, and luxury travel trends
Manage multiple high-value "reservations" with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
Provide back-up queue support for Luxury Travel Specialists, ensuring seamless handling of overflow requests and maintaining high service standards during peak demand periods.
Assist in the training and mentoring of our luxury specialists through ongoing training sessions.
Help the Product team identify and establish Partnerships with select luxury brands around the world.
Qualifications & Experience:
Established background in luxury travel, premium hospitality, or high-net worth client services, with a proven ability to exceed sales and service expectations
Demonstrated success in cultivating long-term client relationships and growing repeat travel into a sustainable book of business anchored in trust, discretion, and exceptional service.
Expertise in consultative sales, with the ability to translate client preferences into fully customized travel experiences
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a poised, polished, and professional presence
Highly organized with the ability to manage complex, multi-destination itineraries and time-sensitive requests with precision
Proficient reservation systems and business software, with strong technical adaptability
Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset combined with a collaborative approach to team success
Flexible availability, including weekends when required, to accommodate client schedules
Location: Westlake Village, CA; remote consideration
Compensation Range: $75,000 – $115,000 annually, plus commission with unlimited earning potential.
