The LTL Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned
customers managing their day-to-day LTL shipments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track daily LTL shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
  • Resolve shipment issues, including delays, claims, and billing discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase wallet share with existing customers.
  • Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in LTL transportation, freight 
    brokerage, or logistics account management.
  • Proven track record of customer relationship management and sales management.
