Essential Responsibilities
- Logistics Service Provider Qualifications: Lead the qualification process of new Logistics Service Providers with emphasis on written quality and safety procedures, supplier training programs, qualification audits, action plans, and performance monitoring.
- Logistics Service Provider Continuous Improvement: Work with Logistics Service Providers to implement best in class safety & quality procedures. Perform surveillance audits to determine areas for improvement. Monitor performance of supplier utilizing non-conformance (NC) data and drive actions to address adverse trends in safety & quality.
- Develop Logistics Securement, Lifting, Handling and Transportation Specification Documentation: Collaborate with GE Vernova Engineering to define the packaging, preservation, securement, lifting, handling, and transport requirements for assigned wind turbine components. Collaborate with and advise Engineering on design-for-logistics for new products to increase safety & quality. Create and/or update the Logistics Specification documentation that defines GE Vernova’s requirements for all aspects of the transport of wind turbine components.
- Safety & Quality Incident Investigations & RCAs: Lead investigations into safety and quality incidents involving qualified Logistics Service Providers. Perform RCAs, develop corrective and preventive actions, and monitor implementation of continuous improvement actions.
- Supplier Non-Conformance System Management: Own the Outbound Wind Logistics Non-Conformance record system including improvement opportunities for users, data reporting, and scorecard development.
- Support PAC cases, Repairs, and Freight Claim processes for wind turbine components damaged during transportation.
- Develops specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college with coursework in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Project Management, and/or Logistics Planning.

FOR US ONLY: The base pay range for this position is $108,800.00 - $181,300.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15%.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
