- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
- Analyze freight costs and carrier performance.
- Track shipment delays and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes (air, ocean, road, rail).
2. Supply Chain Analysis
- Analyze logistics data and Key Performance Indicator.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support supply chain network optimization initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for service failures.
3. Cost Optimization
- Identify logistics cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze freight spend and budget performance.
- Support carrier contract reviews and rate negotiations.

4. Order Fulfilment
- Monitor and track shipment status

- Maintain logistics data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Apply BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence to analyze Data and generate Reports
