About the Job:

As a Principal Consultant at Capco you will be playing a key role in the delivery of projects and development of new business opportunities, working on client site to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across Financial Services, particularly the Capital Markets Technology space.

What You’ll Get to Do: 

  • Lead a team of consultants, subject matter experts, and analysts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead and participate on client engagements and prepare clear, concise and accurate reports of findings and recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with client peers.
  • Understand and anticipate changing client needs.
  • Plan and execute projects as needed by client.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and present to client leadership.
  • Actively pursue opportunities to develop expertise, drive innovation and raise visibility of the Capital Markets and Technology team’s capabilities

What You’ll Bring with You: 

  • 8+ years of experience leading and maintaining program scope, governance and communication plans.
  • Demonstrated success leading initiatives within Loan IQ software.
  • Proven ability to interface with C-suite executives.
  • Experience supporting performance associated with the governance of the program such as IT PMO, Technology, Operations, Middle Office, Product Control, Risk, Credit, Front Office, IPV and Loan IQ.
  • Steering Committee presentation ownership, including program status, key risks, issues and dependencies, change requests impacting scope, budget and timeline and any other items requiring program sponsor level decisions.
  • Expertise managing and tracking integrated Loan IQ and Company end-to-end program plans for Day 2 functional deliveries and enhancements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. 
  • Willingness to work in our NY office 3 days per week.
