About the Role
We are launching a new program to explore live design support for our customers, specifically tailored to assist doctors with complex or aesthetic dental cases. As a Live Design Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding doctors through challenging design cases in real-time, enhancing their confidence and satisfaction with our product. You’ll collaborate directly with dental professionals, providing expert design insight to improve case outcomes and reduce back-and-forth communication.
What You’ll Do
Real-Time Case Collaboration: Partner with doctors during live sessions to review designs, refine treatment plans, and address complex cases, ensuring both aesthetic and functional outcomes are met. Provide immediate solutions and build confidence in Dandy’s digital tools.
Enhance the Doctor Experience: Offer personalized, empathetic support to doctors managing aesthetic or challenging cases. Foster trust through direct interaction, helping them navigate complex workflows while building comfort with Dandy's technology.
Effective Communication Management: Resolve potential miscommunication issues by facilitating real-time, clear, and thoughtful discussions. Ensure seamless collaboration and satisfaction, especially in cases requiring multiple design revisions or where alignment has been challenging.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in Implants dental design and 3+ years of in lab with hands-on bench experience.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical design details into clear, actionable insights for doctors.
Customer-Focused Approach: Proven ability to build rapport and effectively manage concerns, preferably in a design or technical support setting.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex cases and design challenges.
Familiarity with Digital Dental Products & Processes: Prior experience with Dandy products or similar dental design tools will be an asset.
