About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager, Executive Director, to manage an analytics team within Liquidity Management, responsible for supporting liquidity solutions, reporting, modeling and automation efforts, and data projects centered on Internal Liquidity Stress Testing (ILST); 2052a, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR); and Recovery and Resolution Planning. The ideal candidate has a risk mindset, intellectual curiosity, strong leadership skills, experience running multiple high visibility initiatives, is not afraid to role sleeves up and is analytically strong. We are looking for a highly motivated person who learns quickly and enjoys taking on challenges. The candidate can work independently as well as part of a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and is comfortable communicating effectively to senior leadership.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team responsible for analytics and components of companywide key treasury finance metrics
  • Build best in class tools that directly inform the risk position of the firm
  • Lead aspects of a critical liquidity function, complex projects, and initiatives
  • Ensure deliverables are completed and compliant with various treasury risk and regulatory requirements
  • Guide technology partners in the design of our computational needs and backbone
  • Interact with leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including leadership
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a discipline such as mathematics, engineering, quantitative finance, computer sciences, or related field
  • Knowledge of bank products across retail and wholesale businesses
  • Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects or large-scale individual projects
  • Programming experience in Python and object-oriented, functional, or similar languages
  • A strong sense of ownership and self-starter with attention to detail
  • Polished communication skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, straightforward manner to executive management
  • Thrives in a large organization by collaborating with many teams
  • Experience with manipulating large data sets via SQL and the design of “self-service” tools to be used by others
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment, prioritize tasks, learn quickly, provide superior customer service, and take on new challenges

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
