About the Insurance Sales Representative Position
Our team is seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Sales Representative to join our company. As an Insurance Sales Representative with Alchemy Financial, you’ll help current and prospective customers determine which of our plans best fits their needs while building lasting relationships with them.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be outgoing and an excellent communicator, ready to help our clients in any way you can.
Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities- Become familiar with and retain information about the insurance plans offered
- Identify potential clients and attempt to build working relationships with them
- Engage with prospective clients through email, phone, or in person to discuss the company’s insurance offerings
- Work with clients to find the plan that best suits their needs, explaining the pros and cons of each option
- Assist clients by giving customized quotes, trying to find something within their budget
- Explain approved policies to customers
- Answer client questions as needed
- Regularly revisit clients to reevaluate their policy needs, suggesting modifications and updates
- Stay knowledgeable of insurance trends and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing personality with strong persuasive and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superb organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic math and data skills
- BA/BS in finance or similar field preferred
