Job Overview

As a Legal Data Intelligence Education Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding client usage and adoption for all Relativity products across the spectrum of Legal Data Intelligence and the EDRM. The Legal Data Intelligence Education Senior Specialist works under general direction of managers and Legal Data Intelligence Education Architects.

Job Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities  

  • Advise and teach customers Relativity workflow solutions across entire product line through proactive outreach initiatives, content creation, one to many presentations, and responding to escalated customer inquiries. 

  • Develops and authors customer onboarding guides and workflows to ensure they are comfortable and successful using Relativity to accommodate their specific workflow needs. 

  • Engage with customers to encourage and drive product adoption and satisfaction. 

  • Serve as customer surrogate across Relativity internally to ensure that end user’s perspective is voiced and considered during product development. 

  • Assist with administrative functions for the team. 

  • Manage team interdepartmental projects. 

  • Manage and assist with team & inter-departmental programs 

  • Provide thought leadership to company and industry by speaking at industry events. 

 

Qualifications

  • Relativity Expert  

  • Skilled Project Management ability 

  • Skilled communication and presentation ability 

  • At least seven years e-discovery industry experience 

  • Strong problem-solving ability 

  • Advanced knowledge of core Relativity Applications, Text Analytics, Assisted Review, Processing & general knowledge of Collection and Legal Hold 

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$100,000 and $150,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
