About your role
The role will primarily focus on customer support and administrative duties to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of our trademark service.
How you will make a difference day to day
- Corresponding with clients and helping with their trademark questions
- Managing client files
- Checking for conflicts in trademark matters
- Conducting trademark clearance searches
- Responding to customer service inquiries by phone and in writing
- Preparing invoices and managing billing for clients and lawyers in partnership with the finance department
- Evaluating processes and procedures to improve the group’s efficiency, productivity, and communication
- Other responsibilities as needed to support Rocket Lawyer
What you’ll need
- Prior trademark experience
- 2+ years of customer support or administrative assistant experience
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to adapt and willingness to work on a variety of matters
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent tech skills, including Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and G Suite applications
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, including executives and senior management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and highly team-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and handle competing priorities while managing deadlines
A plus if you have
- Experience in a high volume filing environment
