  • Assist in developing collateral for demos, customer engagements, webinars, and events.

  • Outline outcomes, milestones, and key deliverables during launch and product strategy planning.

Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle
  • Solve customer needs through features that improve drafting efficiency, document quality, and workflow continuity.

  • Build prototypes and work with UX to validate drafting concepts and user flows inside Word and web surfaces.

  • Participate in structured product discovery to identify and refine new Create+ capabilities.

  • Manage parts of the product lifecycle, ensuring features move from concept to delivery smoothly.

  • Work within agile SDLC processes and partner closely with engineering, design, and data science teams.

Strategy & Commercial Acumen
  • Define strategic product vision and priorities for your Create+ feature areas.

  • Use competitive signals, market expectations, and legal‑drafting best practices to shape future product direction.

  • Develop opportunity assessments, business cases, and product development plans for new drafting and AI capabilities.

  • Understand operating costs, development plans, and commercial implications of your feature areas.

Technical Skills
  • Consider technical approaches when prioritizing functionality, especially around AI/LLM integration, model evaluation, and workflow logic.

  • Leverage a modern AI PM toolset spanning product analytics and experimentation, user‑research/prototyping, data tooling (SQL, notebooks, Python), prompt/LLM evaluation and feedback pipelines, and delivery/ops tools to drive evidence‑based product decisions and continuous improvement.
