We are searching for the best talent for a Learning System Specialist located in Pittsburgh, PA; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Orlando, FL; Phoenix, AZ; Horsham, PA; or Dallas, TX.
Purpose:
The role of Learning System Specialist supports the day‑to‑day execution of learning activities within the Patient Service Center (PSC). This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of learning systems and data to enable effective onboarding, ongoing training, and upskilling for PSC. The Learning System Specialist plays a key role in data accuracy, reporting, audit readiness, and operational consistency.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary administrator for the learning management system (LMS), ensuring accurate course setup, enrollment, completions, and record maintenance.
Maintain accurate & reliable learner training records to support reporting, compliance, and audits.
Support onboarding, required training, certifications, and ongoing training through precise and consistent system execution.
Act as a trusted consultant to learning partners, instructional designers, and operational stakeholders on best practices to optimize and leverage learning programs.
Generate, analyze, and maintain routine and ad-hoc training reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
Maintain training catalogs, curricula and records as content and requirements evolve.
Serve as the point of escalation for complex learner or stakeholder inquiries related to training access, records, or system functionality.
Provide guidance and education to users on learning system processes, standards, and expectations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure established learning processes align with SOPs, governance, and documentation standards.
Lead or contribute to initiatives that integrate learning into day-to-day operations utilizing existing technology.
Evaluate recurring issues and system gaps, recommend solutions, and partner with appropriate teams for resolution.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in learning administration, training coordination, or HR operations.
Well versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.).
Demonstrated experience working with Learning Management Systems, including reporting and learner record management.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting frontline or call center environments.
Experience managing training records, certifications, or audit documentation.
Experience with AI / technology applications to optimize learning opportunities.
