  • Content Administration: Administer and maintain onboarding content and tasks in Workday Learning.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain core onboarding documentation, such as keeping onboarding Notion pages up to date and updating email communications to reflect program changes.
  • Data & Process Optimization: Analyze internal data and conduct external research to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve the onboarding experience.
  • Travel: Travel to facilitate onsite onboarding events and support team initiatives (estimated one to two times quarterly).
What we look for
  • Experience & Execution: You have 3+ years of program management experience, ideally for people-related programs and/or at an organization that has scaled beyond 2,500 employees.
  • Analytical Skills: You possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with 2+ years analyzing and making recommendations based on data.
  • Continuous Improvement Mentality: You recognize that “perfect” is not an end state and continually drive for program improvement grounded in end-user feedback and/or industry insights.
  • Communication & Facilitation Depth: You possess strong communication and presentation skills across virtual and in-person environments, with an ability to simplify complex information and a passion for helping Affirmers find the information they need.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: You are a collaborative team player who builds stable working relationships to support team and organizational success, taking on tasks and operational responsibilities as needed to drive meaningful outcomes.
