At Serve Robotics, we’re reimagining how things move in cities. Our personable sidewalk robot is our vision for the future. It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses.

The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

The Learning & Organizational Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the identification, strategy development, and execution of the organization’s learning and development needs. In partnership with HR and Business Leadership, the L&OD Manager utilizes data to create and implement learning programs aligned to business needs and objectives.

JOB DUTIES

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving Learning & Development initiatives that enhance organizational performance and foster a strong, inclusive culture.

  • Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide development strategy, conducting regular assessments to ensure adoption and positive progress towards goals and target outcomes.

  • Champion a positive working environment, fostering inclusivity, continuous improvement, and high performance at all levels of the organization.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of learning systems that drive employee development, accountability, and organizational progression.

  • Design and implement robust development programs to equip leaders and employees with the skills and knowledge needed for current and future organizational success.

  • Drive adoption of learning platforms and create/promote self-service tools and resources

  • Leverage data and metrics to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and develop actionable learning paths that align with individual and organizational objectives.

  • Collaborate with leaders at all levels to create and implement learning paths that enhance employee engagement, retention, and the overall workplace environment.

  • Provide 1-1 leadership and development coaching at all levels of leadership

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of L&OD experience, with a proven track record in transforming Learning practices and policies.

  • 2-3 years HR/management experience building and leading a team from the ground up

  • Proven experience in implementing, optimizing, and scaling learning platforms (preferably Rippling or Lattice)

  • Proven experience scaling in a hyper-growth environment, preferably within a tech startup.

  • People first and action oriented mindset; willing to roll up your sleeves attitude

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and develop leaders at all levels

  • Proven leadership influence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • CPTD a plus

Additional Information

  • Travel may be required on a quarterly basis
