Requirements

The Opportunity

Kaltura is pioneering a category-defining transition: evolving from the world’s leading enterprise video platform into an AI-powered, agentic digital experience ecosystem.

We are launching a net-new product line: an Agentic Learning & Enablement Experience (LXP). By combining our footprint hosting video and content for thousands of global enterprises with our proprietary AI infrastructure, we are closing the loop from content consumption to certified readiness. This platform delivers personalized, conversational-AI-driven tutoring, practice, and rubric-based assessment at scale.

Because we own both the content layer and the AI orchestration stack, we hold an asymmetric structural advantage. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly technical, and commercial Product Leader to turn this advantage into market dominance.

What You’ll Own

· Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the end-to-end roadmap for the Learning & Enablement Platform, serving enterprise L&D, sales enablement, customer onboarding, and education verticals.

· Portfolio Integration: Drive deep integration with Kaltura’s Agentic Platform (including AI Genie, Conversational Avatars, and Memory engines) and post-merger assets (PathFactory recommendation engine and BlueRush content creation).

· GTM & Commercialization: Partner closely with GTM leadership to define pricing, packaging, and positioning for enterprise deals. Drive win/loss analysis and competitive counter-positioning against legacy players.

· Executive Stewardship: Serve as the business owner for this high-visibility, board-level strategic initiative. Present progress, milestones, and cohort metrics directly to executive leadership.

What You’ll Build

You will lead the delivery of the 0-to-1 MVP and drive the post-MVP expansion

Main features include:

· AI Course Generation

· Conversational AI Tutor

· Multimodal Learning Paths

· Enterprise Platform Foundations

· Advanced Simulations

· Personalized learning journey

Who You Are

Must-Have Experience

· 7+ Years in B2B SaaS Product Management: With at least 3 years directly owning an enterprise learning, enablement, LXP, or LMS platform at scale.

· Hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI/ ML products leveraging RAG, LLMs, conversational interfaces, or deep personalization engines. You understand the practical limitations of current AI models and how to build deterministic guardrails.

· Technical Fluency: Deeply comfortable with API-first architectures, microservices, LTI/xAPI standards, and collaborating with highly technical engineering teams on architectural tradeoffs.

· Enterprise GTM Instincts: Proven experience designing product packaging and monetization strategies for complex, multi-buyer enterprise sales cycles. Experience selling to VPs of Enablement, Chief Revenue Officers, and Chief Learning Officers.

· 0-to-1 Execution: A builder mindset. You thrive in ambiguity, take extreme ownership, and prefer lean, fast-moving environments over highly matrixed consensus-seeking.

Strong Plus

· Video-Centric Domain Expertise: Experience with video-native learning workflows or enterprise video infrastructure.

· Post-Merger Product Integration: Practical experience unifying acquired products or disparate codebases into a seamless platform experience.

  1. · Instructional Design & Compliance: Familiarity with competency frameworks, skills taxonomies, and compliance standards
