About the Role

The Learning Experience Designer at Clutch is a strategic architect of how knowledge is shared, learned, and applied, across both our internal teams and our customers. You’ll design learning experiences that accelerate understanding, drive adoption, and empower every audience we serve to succeed with confidence.

This role bridges internal enablement and customer education, creating cohesive, scalable programs that strengthen product fluency, reduce time-to-value, and ensure consistent knowledge across the business. You’ll combine instructional design expertise, systems thinking, and a deep understanding of how adults learn to build experiences that are as effective as they are engaging.

About the Team

Clutch’s Enablement team exists to accelerate success, for our teams and our customers, by equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to adopt, champion, and maximize our product.

We operate across three core pillars:

  • Internal Enablement: Product and process education for GTM teams, driving readiness and alignment.

  • Customer Education: Scalable, customer-facing programs that accelerate adoption and expand product value.

  • Knowledge Management: Ownership of the internal and external knowledge ecosystems that underpin every learning experience.

As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role across all three pillars — shaping how learning happens at Clutch.

What You’ll Do

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Audit existing learning content across internal and external audiences to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for alignment.

  • Design engaging, outcomes-based learning experiences, including onboarding programs, product enablement, and feature education, that drive measurable impact.

  • Partner with Product, Enablement, and Success to define learning goals tied to business outcomes and adoption metrics.

  • Develop foundational content templates and learning design standards to ensure scalability and consistency across teams

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Own the instructional design strategy for both internal and customer-facing programs, ensuring learning paths align with role-specific and lifecycle needs.

  • Structure and optimize our knowledge ecosystems (Notion, Docebo, FreshDesk external Knowledge Base) to make information more searchable, accessible, and connected.

  • Build blended learning experiences that integrate live training, self-paced content, and microlearning modules.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed learning moments into existing workflows and tools.

Within 9 months, you will:

  • Drive the evolution of Clutch’s unified knowledge and enablement infrastructure, connecting internal documentation and external education into a single, coherent ecosystem.

  • Use data, feedback, and learning analytics to measure impact, improve experiences, and demonstrate ROI.

  • Influence product education strategy by sharing insights from learners, training outcomes, and customer adoption trends.

  • Serve as an internal expert on learning design best practices and mentor others in content creation and knowledge-sharing methodologies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Instructional Design Expertise: Proven experience designing and implementing engaging, outcome-driven learning programs using modern adult learning principles.

  • Learning Experience Architecture: Ability to design learning ecosystems that connect content, tools, and experiences across multiple audiences and delivery formats.

  • Knowledge Management Skills: Experience organizing and governing documentation systems (internal and external), ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and aligned.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with LMS/CMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Notion, FreshDesk) and content creation tools; ability to quickly master new technologies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with Product, CS, and GTM leaders to align learning with business objectives.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness through data, KPIs, and qualitative feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Storytelling & Design Skills: Strong communication and visual design sensibility to make complex information simple, engaging, and impactful.

Please note that this role may evolve as our business needs change, so we appreciate your flexibility and adaptability.

What’s In It For You?

  • Remote Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of remote work from anywhere, balancing life and career seamlessly.

  • Unforgettable Off-Sites: Twice a year, bond with colleagues in exciting destinations, fostering teamwork and fresh ideas.

  • Paid Time Off: Enjoy flexible PTO days yearly for relaxation and rejuvenation.

  • Stock Options: Joining us means having a stake in our success, so you'll receive stock options as part of your compensation package.

  • Home Office Setup: Create your ideal workspace with a dedicated budget for home office essentials.

  • Work Trip Budget: Grow personally and professionally with a budget for work-related trips and co-working.

  • Health Coverage: Prioritize your well-being with comprehensive health and dental insurance plans.
