  • Develop interactive scenarios, simulations, branching activities, and learning objects using appropriate tools.

  • Partner with faculty and instructional designers on course design, learning activities, assessments, and development.
  • Build and test learning content; prototype and evaluate AI and emerging technologies for instructional value and usability.
  • Support course quality, accessibility, launches, and one-off faculty requests, including activity and technology testing.
  • Contribute to parallel programs, reusable resources, shared projects, and continuous improvement.
QualificationsWhat you bringRequired

  • Proficiency with professional design and production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Camtasia, H5P, or equivalents.
  • Understanding of instructional design, learning objectives, assessment alignment, and WCAG standards; strong collaboration and delivery skills.
Preferred
  • Master’s degree; higher education teaching, course development, or faculty collaboration experience.
  • Custom Brightspace templates, advanced animation/video, simulations, branching activities, JavaScript, or related front-end skills.
