Job Description
Lead the development, maintenance, and delivery of the Field Registered Principal (RP) training curriculum and RP resources to ensure field RPs are equipped to effectively supervise advisors. Provide analytical insight and project management support to Supervision leadership across key company and departmental initiatives. Contribute as a member of a small, versatile team responsible for the accurate, timely, and well controlled execution of dozens of Supervision Operations processes.Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and ongoing management of the Field Registered Principal (RP) training curriculum, including regular review and updates to ensure content remains current and effective. Design new training programs and enhance existing materials to align with changing business needs and regulatory expectations. Assist with development and prepare presenters for monthly Field RP workshops and create targeted sessions for the annual Leadership Conference.
Oversee and maintain the RP Resources page on Advisor Compass, ensuring all associated content is accurate, relevant, and easy to navigate. Conduct an annual comprehensive review of all materials to ensure alignment with evolving business and regulatory needs. Develop new content and update existing resources in response to business priorities and field feedback. Draft and distribute field communications to highlight content updates and reinforce awareness of available resources.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of complex business processes by applying strong analytical methods, industry and organizational knowledge, data analysis techniques, and relevant technological and quantitative skills. Translate both process and data insights into clear, actionable recommendations, and present results to leadership to support informed decision‑making.
Provide subject‑matter expertise and project management leadership for small to medium initiatives, including defining business needs, developing and documenting requirements, and coordinating end‑to‑end solution delivery. Oversee and execute testing activities in both test and production environments to ensure quality and accuracy. Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and maintain clear documentation of decisions and outcomes.
Assist with the execution of the team’s operational processes, ensuring dozens of recurring workflows run smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3 to 5 years relevant experience required
Demonstrated capability in standard office and project management applications - Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise.
Ability to work independently and to connect the dots regarding business information pertaining to the program/project and the team.
Preferred Qualifications
Financial services experience.
Training tools/software experience - Articulate 360 suite of tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise 360) and Vyond.
Experience with program and/or project management.

In-Office Collaboration

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $93,400 - $115,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
