Key Responsibilities
Measurement & Analytics
- Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize learning performance, adoption, and engagement metrics.
- Pull and deliver recurring and ad-hoc learning reports for customers, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with business goals; support requests with data explanations and tailored visualizations as needed.
- Analyze learner feedback, assessment data, and program outcomes to identify trends, insights, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Create standardized templates and processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting across learning initiatives.
- Partner with customers to inform decision-making using data storytelling and actionable insights.
Content Management & Governance
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning content across Chewy's learning ecosystem.
- Ensure all learning content is up to date, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals through regular audits and review cycles.
- Oversee record retention practices and maintain robust metadata strategies to ensure content discoverability, compliance, and version control, enabling AI readiness.
- Govern system-wide content usage and contribute to the development of standards, naming conventions, and taxonomy for learning tools.
Learning Management System
- Support day-to-day administration of the LMS, including user enrollment, content assignment, and course completions.
- Run and distribute standard LMS reports to track learner progress, completions, and overdue assignments.
- Assist with uploading and testing eLearning modules, assessments, and learning paths.
- Maintain course metadata, tags, and catalog structure to ensure consistency and searchability.
- Audit content performance and coordinate with customers on periodic reviews and updates.
- Respond to basic learner and partner support requests related to course access or LMS functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Data Analytics, Educational Technology, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in L&D operations, instructional design, or analytics roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency with Tableau Desktop, or data visualization tools for building interactive dashboards and visual reports.
- Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from learning systems or enterprise databases.
- Strong skills in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and content governance best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Effective communicator, collaborator, and self-starter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools such as Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, or similar platforms.
- Experience with metadata management and enterprise taxonomy design.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and learning evaluation models (e.g. LTEM, Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI).
