Coaching includes informal feedback in the flow of work as well as formalized coaching agreements leveraging certifications and tools like 360s, assessments, feedback sessions, and high-potential development planning.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to assess capability needs, inform development strategies, and shape leadership readiness plans.
  • Coach people leaders at all levels to improve individual and team effectiveness, using tools like 360s, feedback sessions, and development planning.

  • Apply adult learning and instructional design best practices to build scalable solutions that fit our culture and drive real outcomes.
  • Continuously assess and measure the effectiveness of learning programs, using data and feedback to refine content and delivery.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovative learning approaches to drive engagement, agility, and growth.
  • Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, contributing to long-term strategy and future team capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5 minimum years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating experiential learning programs that influence behavior and drive business outcomes
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Solid understanding of leadership development, adult learning, and talent management principles
  • Experience designing blended learning solutions (in-person, virtual, self-paced) using instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write and deliver compelling learning content and communications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in coaching, 360 feedback tools, or instructional design frameworks (e.g., MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, Kirkpatrick, etc.)
  • Familiarity with learning tech (Workday LMS), feedback tools, AI tools for learning
  • Vendor Management
