Continuous Improvement Analyst

At Signature Aviation, we are modernizing operational performance through data, analytics, and technology-enabled process improvement. The Lean Facilitator partners with operations and functional leaders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity utilization, and customer experience across our global network.

This role focuses on analyzing operational workflows, leveraging data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and facilitating cross-functional initiatives that improve ramp operations, capacity planning, and operational throughput. The Lean Facilitator works closely with operations, technology, and data teams to ensure improvements are measurable, scalable, and aligned with broader digital and AI-enabled initiatives across the enterprise.

• Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization

• Facilitate cross-functional improvement initiatives focused on ramp operations, capacity planning, and operational performance

• Use operational data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making

• Partner with operations leaders to prioritize and implement improvements across locations and functions

• Support initiatives related to operational forecasting, staffing optimization, and workflow efficiency

• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track operational performance and improvement outcomes

• Collaborate with business intelligence and data teams to source, analyze, and interpret operational data

• Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions to address operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies

• Develop executive-ready presentations and reports summarizing insights, recommendations, and results

• Track improvement initiatives and ensure progress against defined objectives, milestones, and timelines

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in operational improvement, analytics, operations strategy, or process optimization roles

• Experience working in aviation, logistics, transportation, or other operational environments preferred

• Experience using data and performance metrics to support operational improvement initiatives

   

Additional knowledge and skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with operational analytics, performance metrics, and process analysis

• Ability to translate operational challenges into structured improvement initiatives

• Experience developing dashboards and reporting tools using business intelligence platforms

• Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting

• Familiarity with operational forecasting, capacity planning, or workforce optimization concepts

• Experience collaborating with operations, technology, and data teams to implement improvements

Travel Requirement: 40%
