Join our Leadership Development team and play a pivotal role in shaping the leaders of tomorrow within the banking and finance industry. As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll design and deliver experiences that spark growth, collaborate with passionate colleagues, and contribute to programmes that empower individuals to lead with purpose in a dynamic financial environment. Key Responsibilities

Programme Support – Better Leader Programme

Be part of a flagship initiative that shapes UOB’s leadership culture. You will:

  • Design and deliver transformative learning experiences, such as interactive workshops with case studies, role plays, fireside chats with senior leaders, and innovative tools like AI coaching simulations.
  • Develop creative materials and engagement strategies that make leadership concepts practical and memorable.
  • Use participant feedback and insights to continuously evolve content so every run feels fresh and impactful.
  • Drive regional rollout by tailoring experiences to diverse cultural contexts while maintaining programme integrity.

Programme Support – Leadership Academy Programme

Join a high-profile programme designed for UOB’s top talent. You will:

  • Collaborate with global partners to curate and co-create content for a top talent programme, blending theory with real-world application.
  • Collaborate with internal senior stakeholders to design impactful Masterclasses that challenge perspectives and inspire action.

Event Design & Coordination – Leadership Events

  • Design and deliver senior leadership events that inspire, connect, and spark dialogue amongst UOB’s top management teams.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and external thought leaders to craft experiences that leave a lasting impression and reinforce UOB’s leadership culture.
