Job Description

GG Media is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to strengthen their leadership capabilities, gain hands-on business experience, and contribute to key organizational initiatives.

The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with team leaders and department managers to support daily operations, participate in training programs, and assist with projects that drive business success.
