Job Description

GG Media is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to strengthen their leadership abilities while contributing to day-to-day business operations, team collaboration, and organizational success.

As a Leadership Development Associate, you will participate in structured training, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop the skills needed to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
