The Senior Operations Strategy Analyst leads high-impact, cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and support data-informed decision-making. This role blends project management, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, and analytical expertise to address complex operational challenges. It is responsible for scoping and executing initiatives that align with business priorities and deliver clear, measurable outcomes. The analyst champions best practices in data visualization and analysis, delivering accurate, actionable insights. They also contribute to long-term planning by developing and refining staffing forecasts that optimize workforce strategies and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Define scope, manage timelines, coordinate contributors, and ensure deliverables align with broader operational goals.
- Engage and align stakeholders by building strong relationships, understanding their priorities, and facilitating clear, proactive communication throughout each initiative.
- Scope analytics requests by clarifying stakeholder objectives, assessing feasibility, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for execution by analytics partners.
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into operational KPIs. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Develop and refine forecasting models and staffing strategies to inform headcount planning and support both front office and back office operations, driving efficient staffing and long-term operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and proposing scalable solutions that drive consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, operations, and systems teams to ensure alignment on data quality, reporting needs, and evolving business priorities.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics, operations strategy, or workforce planning
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience with forecasting or capacity planning is a plus
We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $110,000 - $135,000, and stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
