The Role.
As a Freelance UI Designer at Fantasy, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful, human-centered digital experiences for global audiences. You’ll work with some of the most forward-thinking organizations across industries—from automotive and travel to AI and operating systems—designing digital products and services that people love to use.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and contribute to the design process across projects, from concept to delivery.
• Provide thoughtful design direction and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Create human-centered design solutions that are both innovative and practical.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems that balance creativity with consistency.
• Partner with strategy, technology, and client teams to create unified, end-to-end experiences.
• Present ideas and design rationale clearly to client partners and internal stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Experience and Skills
• A strong portfolio that spans a wide variety of digital products, services, and experiences.
• Approximately 7+ years of experience in the design and/or advertising industries, with a focus on leading teams to create human-centered digital experiences.
• Combining thought and strategic thinking to offer a strong point of view.
• Passion for continual practice and process improvement.
• A meticulous eye for detail and strong design aesthetic sensibilities.
• Continued awareness of design trends and innovation.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A passion for people and desire to establish highly successful client relationships.
