When it comes to UX, are you never quite finished streamlining, polishing, and improving usability? If you’re passionate about crafting beautiful user experiences, with art and design that seems to anticipate the player’s next move, we have a role that might interest you!

We’re looking for a Senior UI Artist to help shape the UI, wrapper, player status and overall presentation of the next installment of the WWE 2K franchise. You’ll work with a large and versatile team to craft flows and wireframes, develop a consistent visual language, and implement a striking and intuitive user experience across every mode of the game, from in-ring wrestling, to story modes, simulations, and a spectacular variety of user content creation tools.

 What You Will Do:

  • Direct creation of UI assets
  • Implement UI assets using proprietary tools
  • Build wireframes, provide feedback, and propose improved UX/flows
  • Create and provide feedback for mockups, ensuring stylistic consistency and strong UX fundamentals
  • Work across functions to develop the full scope of game needs
  • Catalog, assign and track UI screens and accompanying 2D assets and animations in Shotgun
  • Establish standard processes and shared literacy for organization, screen, and component construction
  • Anticipate challenges; build relationships with Tools and UI engineers to improve functionality

 Who Will Be a Great Fit:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a UX role
  • Portfolio of UI/UX work
  • Experience on multi-sku, multi-resolution console and PC projects
  • Experience with Photoshop, 3D packages, Illustrator, game engine and UI tooling
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX conventions
  • Ability to create high-quality work in a fast-paced environment and able to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders from multiple teams
  • Organized, excellent communication skills, passion for games, collaborative demeanor
  • Attention to detail and completeness, ability to see around corners, anticipate issues
  • Love for video games (not just ours!)

 Might Be Nice: 

  • Experience working in 3D with motion including Maya, Cinema 4D, Element 3D, or other industry standard software
  • Game Industry experience with multiple shipped titles
  • Knowledge of the WWE brand and style


The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $112,200 and $144,200 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
