We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our CIB Markets/Post Trade Accounting application development team. This role involves working on global projects across multiple Markets asset classes, including FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, F&O, and Stock Borrow Loan. The candidate should be comfortable working in a techno-functional environment, as interaction between developer teams and business groups is required. The Project Manager will take complete responsibility for project delivery, including analysis, solution design, development, testing, user coordination, and production release.

This role involves working on global projects across multiple Markets asset classes, including FX, Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, F&O, and Stock Borrow Loan. The Project Manager will take complete responsibility for project delivery, including analysis, solution design, development, testing, user coordination, and production release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex and varied stream of project deliverables in terms of quality, timeframe, and cost.
- Ensure reliability and stability of applications changes delivered.
- Build, train, and develop the depth and skill of technology staff to improve overall delivery stream and quality of our application portfolio.
- Build strong partnerships with Business, Operations, Finance, and other Technology teams.
- Key stakeholder management.
- Ability to simplify and articulate problems to facilitate solving.
- Good levels of communication skills and reporting ability.
Management and Leadership Skills:
- Ability to build relationships across the enterprise with Lines of Businesses, Technology, and Business where relevant.
- Experience in managing project teams performing multiple projects in parallel.
- Experience working in large global complex matrix organizations.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, relationship, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a complex and demanding book of work.
- Excellent partnership and people management practices.
- Cost consciousness and understanding of total cost of ownership.
- Proven experience in leading Agile teams, fostering a collaborative and adaptive environment to deliver high-quality results.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Proven experience in technical project delivery, either with a business analysis or development background.
- Knowledge of any RDBMS (e.g., SQL, Oracle), Unix Scripting, Perl. Use of LLM.
- Experience with Investment Banking - managing projects across front-to-back flows. Understanding of expected responsibilities for different transactional processing systems.
- Functional experience in financial applications would be a big advantage.
- Expert understanding of distributed technologies, with the capability to intervene on a hands-on basis as required.
- Provide high-quality technology solutions that address business needs, developing applications within mature technology environments.
- Analyze potential risks and benefits in using specified solutions to address business requirements.
- Collaborate with the team and come up with solutions for any identified problem by the team.
- Must have experience in problem-solving and process improvement.
