The Role:
Mastercard is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Data Commercialization Team team. In this role, you will partner with our Product, Engineering and Business Operations group to deliver excellence through major migration initiatives and strategic projects. You will enable teams to execute multi-year plans and collaborate closely with development teams to align operational needs with delivery strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple technical programs within an agile delivery framework (Scrum, Kanban).
* Develop and execute comprehensive plans for high-profile features and capabilities across the technology stack.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies, design choices, and cloud infrastructure requirements.
* Drive projects spanning multiple teams and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and transparent status reporting.
* Apply data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance program outcomes.
All About You:
* Proven ability to operate independently and manage complex technical programs.
* Strong experience in breaking down problems, organizing work, and planning sprints in agile environments.
* Expertise in AWS including use of Lakehouse, S3 and Iceberg (required)
* Deep understanding of platform capabilities, integration patterns, and underlying technologies.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams and leadership levels.
* Demonstrated success in data migration projects and familiarity with big data infrastructure (e.g., Oracle, Hadoop).
* Working knowledge of big data infrastructure such as Oracle or Hadoop. Background in successful data migration projects.
* Ability to engage in strategic discussions with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and designers.
* Expertise in driving execution across full-stack features and multi-team projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
