About the Team:
You will be joining the Enterprise Clinical Data & Platforms (ECDP) team, a highly motivated, matrixed organization responsible for powering clinical data and technology across the enterprise. The team acts as the pipeline, hub, and platform for clinical data, enabling ingestion, curation, and activation of data across systems.
This team works closely with CDO business teams, engineering, analytics, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions.
The Role:
We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to join our team and help shape and deliver enterprise clinical data products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys translating complex healthcare and data challenges into scalable solutions, influencing across a matrixed organization, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to clinical data and platform goals
  • Anticipate customer needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
  • Partner with CDO business teams to shape technology solutions across clinical data domains (e.g., ADT, EMR, lab)
  • Build deep understanding of how data is ingested, curated, and activated via ECDP, identifying enrichment and data quality opportunities
  • Act as a go-to leader for complex, high-impact initiatives, driving analysis and resolution
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value and meet optimization targets
  • Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly to senior leadership
  • Define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable high-quality delivery
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, and remove blockers
  • Serve as Product Owner as needed, providing clear direction and timely decisions to the team
  • Ensure delivery against key outcomes, KPIs, and business value targets

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Proven experience owning and delivering complex technical products or initiatives end-to-end
  • Demonstrated solid background in product strategy, roadmap development, and execution
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments and applying product management best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead across multiple teams and senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated solid analytical thinking, with the ability to use data and customer insight to guide decisions
  • Proven ability to be comfortable working in ambiguity and making sound prioritization decisions
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating AI or advanced analytics into product capabilities
  • Demonstrated familiarity with clinical data and healthcare technology ecosystems
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with Care Delivery Organizations (CDOs) and clinical data that supports value-based care
  • Demonstrated solid knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7 and/or FHIR
  • Proven experience with Agile tools such as Rally and product management tools such as Aha!
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and leverage AI opportunities in product development
  • Proven healthcare industry experience
