As a Lead Software Engineer on the Public Cloud Platform Team, you will drive the architecture, development, and operationalization of enterprise-grade multi-cloud platforms across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will lead cutting-edge initiatives focused on cloud governance, networking, security, and automation while designing scalable backend services and Infrastructure as Code frameworks. - Design, architect, and implement multi-cloud infrastructure, networking, and governance frameworks across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms
- Develop and maintain scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration management
- Build enterprise-grade backend microservices and automation tooling utilizing Golang or Python
- Collaborate with enterprise security and compliance teams to integrate cloud guardrails, policy enforcement, and automated security controls into cloud platforms
- Establish and mature DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated, secure, and reliable software delivery
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and automations to address complex engineering and operational challenges with an emphasis on responsible AI use
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline software development workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and drive continuous platform improvement
- Evaluate emerging cloud and AI technology trends to inform solution design, technical roadmap development, and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering or cloud engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on programming experience with Golang or Python
- 3+ years of experience architecting, building, and deploying solutions on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- 3+ years of experience authoring and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- 2+ years of experience designing and automating CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Demonstrated experience integrating security, compliance, and governance tools into cloud architectures at scale
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience operating across multi-cloud environments (simultaneous hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- Experience utilizing modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering, automation, and testing workflows
- Professional certifications in Public Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Cloud Architect) or HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
