Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Responsible for design, coding, and testing for the Wells Fargo Robotic Exception Management System (REMS), which is based on Dot Net and MS SQL technologies. Maintain In-depth technical knowledge of Robotic Process Automation using UiPath, Intelligent Document Processing using Document Understanding, and Artificial Intelligence Model Build, Use for Communications Mining. Maintain broad understanding of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborating with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for Wells Fargo. Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. Develop standards and enterprise-wide best practices and for engineering complex, largescale technology solutions to address highly complex and cross-organizational issues. Maintain broad knowledge of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborating with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for Wells Fargo. Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions. Expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization. Provide expert counsel to senior technology leadership and advises and mentors others with the goal of knowledge transfer. Represent Wells Fargo to external industry groups, influencing industry standards; expert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practices. Provide expert counsel to senior technology leadership and advises and mentors others with the goal of knowledge transfer. Work closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, plan projects and participate in efficient development, delivery and deployments. Responsible for collaborating with interface partners as well as ensuring quality throughout the process. Develop new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides as needed; assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversee planning and execution of the business continuation plan. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:

Position requires a  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field plus Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

•              Experience with Dot.Net;

•              Experience with MS SQL;

•              Experience with Apigee;

•              Experience with UIPath Robotic Automation;

•              Experience with Blueprism Robotic Automation;

•              Experience with Re:Infer Communications Mining;

•              Experience with Document Understanding;

•              Experience with Document Understanding Automation;

•              Experience with Python coding; and

•              Experience with Artificial Intelligence Model development and governance.
