Key Responsibilities
Integrate testing, development, and design principles throughout all phases of the system development life cycle (SDLC). Establish and implement practical, portfolio-wide test automation standards, including reference implementations. Develop fully autonomous software test automation to validate both functionality and business processes. Function as a hands-on subject matter expert in automation toolsets, collaborating with Developers and Business Systems Analysts to identify and automate meaningful tests. Maintain a comprehensive library of test automation for existing applications and create tools to support testing and development. Partner with DevSecOps and Systems Reliability Engineers to define best practices for automating tests and validating non-functional requirements within CI/CD pipelines. Investigate, diagnose, resolve issues, manage bug reports, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve testing efficiency. Review testing and automation developed by agile teams and release trains to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any degree field (will accept foreign education equivalent) and seven (7) years of experience performing software testing, test automation design and implementation. Position requires experience in the following: Experience conducting multi-platform testing across Web UI, API services, databases, ETL processes, cross-browser and mobile applications, back-end and batch applications, cloud and cloud-native platforms. Experience designing and implementing test automation for Web UI, APIs, and Database validation, including developing and maintaining automation frameworks. Experience developing test automation using tools such as Selenium with Java (with TestNG or Cucumber) and/ or TOSCA for Web UI, Postman and/ or Rest Assured for API testing, and Java utilities and/ or TOSCA for database validation. Experience working with Cloud-based Insurance and claims processing platforms, including FINEOS and MAJESCO. Experience leading and mentoring QA teams and delivering software quality assurance in compliance with Agile methodology.
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $134,690 - $175,600 . This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
