The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $205,800.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a Lead Talent Sourcer for Nike’s Consumer x Marketplace (CxM) function, you will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition Sourcing. You will work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders across CxM—including key teams like Brand Marketing, Product, Design, Innovation, and Merchandising. You will also collaborate with Talent Operations and external partners to drive best-in-class sourcing strategies.

We are seeking a business-oriented, talent sourcing leader who blends functional expertise with a passion for driving impact. You are proactive, analytical, and relationship-driven, with the agility to flex across multiple functions — whether approaching a full-cycle sourcing strategy, coaching teammates, or researching candidates for creative marketing projects. You lead with curiosity, collaborate with influence, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are motivated not only by filling roles but also by shaping talent pipelines that reflect Nike’s values, purpose, and athlete/consumer-driven mission.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience
  • Strong experience sourcing for marketing, product, or consumer-centric roles
  • Demonstrated success building and executing sourcing strategies across multiple job families
  • Proven leadership capabilities—experience mentoring sourcers or leading projects
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms (e.g., Avature), and sourcing automation tools
  • Passion for diversity sourcing and building inclusive talent pipelines
  • Ability to prioritize, pivot, and thrive in ambiguity

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Lead Talent Sourcer, your impact will extend across strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and delivering top talent for Nike’s Consumer x Marketplace organization, while contributing thought leadership to elevate our overall sourcing practice.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build proactive sourcing strategies
  • Use a range of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, talent mapping, referrals, direct outreach) to engage passive candidates
  • Lead intake meetings and influence talent decisions with market intelligence and pipeline insights
  • Lead and execute end-to-end priority hiring projects
  • Build and manage diverse talent pipelines across key functional areas
  • Mentor and guide sourcers; lead sourcing strategy sessions and trainings
  • Collaborate with business and people solutions partners to ensure sourcing strategies are inclusive and equity-focused
  • Provide ongoing reporting and data insights to inform hiring progress and future planning
  • Flex into recruiting support as needed during peak hiring cycles or key searches
  • Stay ahead of talent trends and continuously optimize sourcing practices
