Your Impact
The Lead Recruiter is a senior Talent Acquisition professional who serves as a strategic talent advisor, subject matter expert, and enterprise recruiting leader. This role partners with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies for complex and business-critical positions while driving excellence across the recruiting function.
As a player-coach, the Lead Recruiter balances full lifecycle recruiting responsibilities with mentoring recruiters, leading strategic initiatives, and advancing recruiting best practices. The Lead Recruiter is a flexible resource who can be deployed across business functions to support evolving hiring priorities, improve recruiting effectiveness, and deliver exceptional talent outcomes.
What You Will Do
Strategic Recruiting
  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting for complex, professional, leadership, and business-critical roles.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing and talent attraction strategies that build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the organization as an employer of choice and strengthen its talent brand in the marketplace.

Business Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and executive stakeholders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and labor market trends.
  • Provide consultative guidance that enables informed hiring decisions and supports business objectives.
  • Build strong partnerships that foster collaboration, accountability, and successful hiring outcomes.

Recruiting Excellence & Leadership
  • Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert by mentoring team members, sharing best practices, and promoting consistency across the Talent Acquisition organization.
  • Lead or contribute to enterprise recruiting initiatives, Communities of Practice, and capability-building efforts.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices, operational excellence, and continuous learning.

Enterprise Impact & Innovation
  • Support enterprise hiring priorities by providing recruiting leadership for critical, complex, or evolving business needs.
  • Utilize recruiting analytics, market intelligence, and performance metrics to influence strategy and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance recruiter effectiveness, and leverage technology to improve the recruiting experience.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting professional, corporate, or leadership-level hiring.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex searches and partnering with senior business leaders.
  • Strong consultative, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and data-driven recruiting practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience mentoring recruiters or serving as a recruiting subject matter expert.
  • Experience leading recruiting projects, process improvements, or enterprise initiatives.
  • Knowledge of talent market trends and workforce planning strategies.
  • Experience leveraging recruiting analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
  • Professional recruiting certifications or advanced Talent Acquisition experience.
