In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for overall product management and strategic focus for complex/diverse major product line(s)/service
- Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/ vendor relationships .
- Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value.
- Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.
- Serve as Product Owner, driving end to end thinking and collaborating with assigned scrum team to deliver cohesive and value driven solutions.
- Lead backlog prioritization.
- Adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks.
- Inspect pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met.
- Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.
- Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met.
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery or agile product owner
- Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Agile experience
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule and will only consider the locations listed
