As our Lead Product Operations Analyst, you’ll lead the collection and analysis of product data, deliver actionable insights and enable data informed decisions across the organization. What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports that track key product and business metrics

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align product goals with broader business objectives

  • Influence roadmap prioritization by quantifying impact, risk, and opportunity size

  • Serve as the Pendo administrator and subject matter expert, promoting best practices and data integrity and advocating for necessary metadata to enable accurate user segmentation and insights

  • Provide training and support for end users, creating clear documentation for a seamless user experience

  • Consult and advocate necessary metadata to enable accurate user segmentation, product data collection and collection of user feedback (via Pendo)

  • Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to identify and define metrics for product features and user behavior

  • Prepare regular product health reports to guide strategy

  • Drive first time adoption of features and use in-app guides to support commercial success

  • Automate data correlation, analysis, and reporting wherever possible

What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years of experience in product analytics, strategy, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment

  • Experience with Pendo or similar product usage/analytics tooling

  • Pendo Administrator certification preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Experience with advanced statistical and empirical techniques such as regression analysis and other econometric techniques a plus

  • Innovative problem solver with strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills

  • Naturally curious and a proactive learner

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of analytics and reporting, collaboration and continuous improvement while leveraging NAVEX’s core values

  • Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

  • The starting pay range for this role is $90,000+ per annum with 5% MBO.

  • Pay progression based on your performance.
