Essential Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the Digital Project Delivery product roadmap, aligning product strategy to business goals and market needs
Investigate and define customer requirements through data-backed market intelligence. Development of Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities in GVH's product portfolio
Define and communicate value propositions that address customer needs and differentiate GVH offerings in the market
Design and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Technology Introduction (NTI) programs, including financial analysis, budgeting, and resource planning
Lead Multi-Generational Product Planning (MGPP) to support the long-term growth and expansion of the product portfolio
Develop and own the product business model, setting cost and price targets based on market value and competitive positioning
Drive product commercialization, launch, promotion, and deployment in coordination with marketing, sales, and regional teams
Ensure phase-gate reviews are completed on time, developing and communicating the criteria for each stage of the product development process
Monitor and communicate program performance against key metrics, including market share, profit margins, and return on investment
Conduct product risk assessments to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, and regional teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure successful product delivery
Develop and maintain approval to quote documents, providing the formal internal authorization that enables the business to prepare and issue commercial quotes and proposals to customers.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related commercial/technical role
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs from concept through commercialization
Experience developing business cases, managing budgets, and tracking program financial performance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data and customer insights into actionable product strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Eligibility Requirements
The preferred work location for this role is at the GVH Headquarters Wilmington, NC but qualified remote candidates in the United States will be considered.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
Ability to travel up to 25-35% of the time.
Desired Characteristics
Experience in the nuclear, energy, or large-scale capital projects industry
Familiarity with digital project delivery tools, platforms, or infrastructure in an engineering or construction environment
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) or New Technology Introduction (NTI) programs and phase-gate review processes
Experience with cloud-based platforms in an engineering or industrial environment.
Knowledge of value engineering, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy methodologies
Experience working with global teams across multiple regions and time zones
MBA or advanced degree in a related field

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,000.00 and $173,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
