As a key member of the Wells Fargo Business Deposits Product Team, you will focus on leading growth initiatives and future state product strategy for our business non-analyzed and analyzed/treasury product set. Salary Range:
Minnesota: $119,000- $206,000 annually
Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.

In this role, you will:
- Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
 - Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services
 - Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
 - Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
 - Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for Wells Fargo's analyzed business product line
 - Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver a financial business analyzed product of the future
 - Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
 - Serve as an adept advisor to leadership
 
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
 
- Financial services business banking background, including business (<$25mm revenue segment) non-analyzed or analyzed/treasury management product strategy, product development and management experience.
 - Expert knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
 - Ability to create strategies and build deposit products and solutions tailored to business banking and treasury management
 - Strong ability to assess market and competitive conditions and to develop creative, break-through approaches supporting improved customer experiences and operational efficiencies
 - Strong relationship management, operational and execution skills.
 - Demonstrated ability collaborating with stakeholders and a wide variety of corporate executives, channels, marketing, operations, and other business partners
 - Proven ability delivering high impact presentations to senior leaders that leverages data to convey a meaningful story.
 - Ability to influence, educate and advocate for an idea or vision and gain alignment
 - Detail oriented with strong analytics and financial insight skills, with the ability to synthesize data to make decisions and identify opportunities
 - Proven track record of delivering results
 - Exceptional organization, coordination, and time management skills
 
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
 - This position offers a hybrid work schedule
 - Ability to travel up to 10% of time
