Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and prioritize product features and capabilities that align with business goals and customer needs
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for technology solutions
- Exercise independent judgment to guide low - medium - high complexity deliverables
Technical Expertise
- Leverage your understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) and effective user interfaces to partner with technology teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of the business now and into the future.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable user stories
- Effectively collaborate with technology team to drive clarity, provide input on proposed technology solutions, and ensure successful delivery
- Create detailed process flow diagrams, user experience mockups, and other artifacts to effectively capture and ensure alignment on details with stakeholders
Agile Leadership
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand up, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
- Clearly define stories, features and acceptance criteria for sprint deliverables
- Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
- Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
Customer-Centric Focus
- Understand customer pain points and convert them into actionable problem statements and solutions
- Help improve UX/UI in experiences where relevant by effectively partnering with designers
Risk Management
- Ensure product solutions comply with bank's legal, risk, compliance and regulatory requirements by effectively partnering with experts for guidance and advice
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience delivering solutions with the Salesforce platform
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to focus in on business problems and designing effective business solutions
- Ability to work autonomously as a driver for initiatives - organizing, planning, and executing with sense of urgency and focus on outcomes
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.
- Ability to translate, summarize and document complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas while operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
