Lirio is a technology/software company that provides expertise in a variety of behavioral science domains (e.g., behavioral economics, social psychology, public health), data science, and machine learning to drive consumer engagement, close gaps in preventive and chronic care, and promote health and well-being across an individual’s lifespan. Lirio’s behavior change AI platform unites behavioral science with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to deliver Precision Nudging health interventions. Precision Nudging is the application of behavioral science to health interventions personalized by AI to each individual that overcome barriers to action at the right time and place for scalable, behavior change. 

This is a remote role with the opportunity to be hybrid if located in Tennessee. All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

To ensure an excellent onboarding experience and integration into the company, new colleagues will spend their first week onsite at one of our offices in Tennessee. Travel expenses will be paid. This is a requirement. 

Position Summary 

The Senior Product Manager, Platform and Integrations owns the evolution of the platform foundation that enables Lirio to serve as the behavioral intelligence layer powering enterprise healthcare consumer engagement. This role leads Lirio’s intelligent decisioning and orchestration capabilities, and enterprise ecosystem integrations, translating behavioral science and AI-driven intelligence into coordinated, personalized interventions delivered through existing channels and technologies. They anticipate market trends and consumer needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities and clear product requirements. Partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Analytics, Security, and Client Success, they align teams around the product strategy and roadmap for Lirio’s core platform, making well-informed product and architectural trade-offs. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

Product Ownership

  • Own the roadmap and outcomes for Lirio’s intelligence platform, aligning priorities to business goals, product vision, client needs, and healthcare market trends. 
  • Track market shifts, competitor and partner capabilities, and emerging technologies, turning insights into product direction that keeps Lirio differentiated and relevant. 
  • Apply systems thinking and evidence-based decision-making to prioritize investments, make trade-offs across client, business, and platform needs. 
  • Shape product initiatives around omnichannel personalization, ecosystem expansion, interoperability, identity and consent management, event-driven workflows, and enterprise deployment, translating opportunities into a clear backlog with requirements and success measures. 
  • Own the evolution of Lirio’s healthcare integration layer that supports ecosystem (Epic, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adobe) interoperability, including integrations with EHRs, HIEs, CRMs, digital experience platforms, and content management systems, as well as standards-based interoperability using FHIR, HL7, IAL2, and other relevant frameworks. 
  • Lead the build-out of integrations with Lirio's partner platforms, assessing technical fit, defining and prioritizing the integration requirements, and driving them through to delivery.  
  • Keep the platform reliable, interoperable, extensible, and scalable across healthcare verticals and enterprise environments.  

 

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Design, Analytics, Security, and Client Success to shape direction, define requirements, and drive delivery. 
  • Lead and influence across functions without direct authority, aligning teams around platform priorities and trade-offs. 
  • Represent the platform to clients, partners, and executives, presenting recommendations, surfacing risks and dependencies, and challenging requests and assumptions when the product or evidence calls for it. 

 

Outcomes, Compliance & Responsible AI 

  • Establish and track platform success measures that inform prioritization, demonstrate value, and connect platform investments to measurable outcomes. 
  • Embed healthcare compliance, security, and responsible AI into every stage of the product lifecycle. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise platforms, integrations, or other technically sophisticated products, with demonstrated success setting strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, navigating product and architectural trade-offs, and delivering scalable capabilities across clients or markets. 
  • Proven track record of leading complex platform initiatives from discovery through delivery with measurable impact on adoption, scalability, and business outcomes. 
  • Strong product fundamentals: discovery, requirements definition, outcomes-driven prioritization, success metrics, and using data to validate assumptions and demonstrate impact. 
  • Strong systems thinking and decision-making rigor, with the ability to reason across interconnected platforms, data, and integrations, weigh trade-offs against evidence, and make sound calls in ambiguous, high-stakes situations. 
  • Proven ability to set technical product direction that is adopted across multiple teams, influencing without direct authority. 
  • Strong communicator who distills complex technical ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives. 
  • Understanding of the healthcare market and buyers (payers, providers, employers, retail health) highly preferred. 
  • Experience defining or delivering partner, third-party, or platform integrations highly preferred. 
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in healthcare platforms, interoperability, or applied AI.
  • Does not need to write production code, but must be comfortable understanding system architecture, integration patterns, data models, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, analytics, and technical constraints. 
  • Preferred technical experience may include REST APIs, Model Context Protocols and other integration patterns; healthcare data and interoperability (FHIR, HL7, EHR, pharmacy, or claims data); cloud-based and event-driven platforms; data pipelines, reporting, experimentation, and measurement; identity, consent, privacy, and preference management; and enterprise scalability, reliability, observability, and security. 
  • Skilled negotiator who can challenge assumptions and push back on competing demands while keeping stakeholders aligned around the best product decision. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare data and regulatory requirements strongly preferred. 
  • Preferred: healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, retail health, or life sciences experience; experience with AI/ML-enabled or intelligence products; familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/ePHI, or regulated environments; and startup or high-growth company experience.
