As the Lead Product Manager, Growth, you will own and drive initiatives that improve customer activation, retention, and expansion. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, designing experiments, and delivering features that contribute directly to revenue growth and user engagement. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, customer-centric approach, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and data science. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and expansion.
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user onboarding, conversion, and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop the product roadmap for growth-related initiatives, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, including user engagement, churn, and revenue growth.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and measure success
  • Deeply understand customer needs and pain points through research, feedback, and data analysis.
  • Work closely with customer success and marketing to address barriers to growth and adoption.
  • Partner with marketing to align product initiatives with demand generation and acquisition campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales to optimize product-market fit and drive upsell opportunities.

About You:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in growth-focused roles within SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Thrives with start-up pace with the ability to balance scrappy execution for fast results alongside the creation of frameworks and processes to scale out the team.
  • Can inspire and rally a team around a clear roadmap to meet specific KPIs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling SaaS products.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization from executives to ICs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with product-led growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with SQL and tools like Amplitude or Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of subscription-based business models and pricing strategies.
