Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and evolve the EVA product vision and roadmap aligned with business and financial goals.
• Prioritize features across core automation, reconciliation workflows, approvals etc
• Lead EVA's expansion from an accountant-focused tool to an enterprise-wide platform.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Act as the primary product liaison for multiple teams across Lowes.
• Collaborate with engineering, data architecture, and design teams to define and deliver high-impact capabilities.
• Partner with data & analytics to define success metrics and enable visibility through Power BI and GCP-integrated reporting.
Execution & Delivery
• Drive delivery of major initiatives, including migration from legacy to EVA.
• Manage end-to-end product development from discovery through rollout, ensuring alignment with system integration requirements.
Innovation & Optimization
• Identify and scope opportunities for automation and AI/ML-based decision support.
• Drive operational efficiencies and improve data transparency and reconciliation processes across vendor funding.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) and 7 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
• 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management
• Experience in an agile software environment with proficiency in product marketing and strong writing ability
• Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
Preferred Skills/Education:
• Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree
• Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
• CSPO Certification
