Position Title: Lead Product Manager, Creator Assistant 

About the Role:

We’re seeking a consumer-obsessed, data-driven Product Leader to redefine how Creators engage with their shoppers, brand partners, and content. In this role, you'll transform Creator Home from an data-heavy experience into a personalized, action-oriented hub—one that intuitively guides Creators to take impactful steps such as posting rich content by adding music, location, applying for collaborations, or requesting brand gift codes to grow their business.

This new tab will not only inspire content creation and optimize content performance but also serve as the Creator’s hub for all their communications, empowering them to run their business more effectively and efficiently.

This is a pivotal role in shaping how Creators interact with LTK in the age of AI. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to build intelligent, intuitive systems that drive both Creator success and strategic business outcomes.

How you will make an impact:

  • Define the vision and strategy the future of Creator Home which will help Creators grow their businesses by surfacing insights, messages and guiding day-to-day actions.
  • Deeply understand how Creators operate—how they create content, communicate with followers and brands, and respond to opportunities—and identify the biggest pain points and moments for intervention.
  • Translate Creator needs into a product roadmap that includes proactive messaging, task management, smart recommendations, and content inspiration.
  • Drive product requirements, user stories, and feature prioritization to bring the LTK Coach to life.
  • Build a unified messaging experience—centralized through an activity center, inbox, or agent interface—that ensures Creators never miss key opportunities or actions.
  • Leverage behavioral data and AI models to power personalization, prioritization, and automation.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to test hypotheses, run experiments, and refine features based on usage and performance.
  • Collaborate with design to ensure the AI assistant feels human, intuitive, and trustworthy.

What you bring to LTK:

  • 7–10 years of experience as a Product Leader in consumer-facing products, ideally within marketplaces, e-commerce, or creator-focused platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision, set clear roadmaps, and drive cross-functional execution, making tough trade-offs when necessary.
  • You are a system thinker and can ruthlessly prioritize use cases. You know what to build and why
  • Proven product and design sense—you deeply understand your customers and advocate for their needs in every decision.
  • Strong decision-making skills grounded in data, user insights, and business opportunity, with a clear ability to articulate the "why" behind every feature.
  • Analytical proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Looker, or similar platforms to surface insights and inform strategy.
  • Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and messaging optimization workflows.
    Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Background in the creator economy or deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing.
  • Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and evaluate technical trade-offs.
  • BS/BA degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
