About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join Global Payments & Liquidity (GP&L) as part of Enterprise Functions. This individual will be responsible for managing traditional cash vault services in a fast-paced environment working with cross-functional partners. In this role, you will:
  • Support or lead product management initiatives and deliverables for Global Payments & Liquidity (i.e. Cash Vault products) including delivery of Cash Vault Online capabilities
  • Collaborate with partners across business lines, e.g. Cash Vault Operations, and Technology, Risk and Control Partners, Commercial and Corporate LOBs and Sales
  • Contribute to product analysis across customer segments using Cash Services channels
  • Assist in managing product pricing strategy with a focus on simplification, cost recovery & revenue growth
  • Apply product analysis and customer usage data to align customer transaction activities with strategic goals and objectives including pricing and profitability
  • Execute on strategic and cross channel initiatives such as channel migration, process improvements and change management
  • Provide product leadership and expertise to Global Payments & Liquidity partners including Sales, Customer Service & Implementation, Customer Experience, and Change Management
  • Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and provide leadership to meet product goals, objectives, and deliverables
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services, including risk management and familiarity with the regulatory landscape
  • Risk management and familiarity with the regulatory landscape
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing or related field
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
