In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products, add-on services, or enhancements
- Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for informing growth strategies
- Review and analyze competitor product lines and services
- Develop reporting and analytics to measure progress and identify opportunity
- Create business cases for initiative funding and financials forecasts
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
- Lead partner forums for updates, issue management, and initiative alignment
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of Treasury Management banking with a focus on product management
- Experience delivering payable solutions for Small Business, Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking customers
- Experience with payment fraud products
- Experience with accounts payable reconciliation and remittance products
- Experience with agile delivery practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
