About Atropos Health

Atropos Health is the developer of GENEVA™ OS , the operating system for rapid healthcare evidence across a robust network of real-world data. Healthcare and life science organizations work with Atropos Health to close evidence gaps from bench to bedside, improving individual patient outcomes with data-driven care, expediting research that advances the field of medicine, and more. We aim to transform healthcare with timely, relevant real-world evidence.

About the Role

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our AI product strategy.

This role specifically focuses on our proactive content generation and retrieval strategy. You will drive the development of agents that automate content creation, such as identifying clinical gaps in medical journals and using our internal tools to generate evidence-based insights.

Our Product Management team is solutions-oriented and entrepreneurial. While building in-house products is a core competency, your scope is broader: expect to influence processes, develop high-fidelity prototypes, and make build-vs-buy decisions, including licensing third-party software.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Roadmap: Own a clear roadmap for content generation and integration into AI Search and Agent products.

  • LLM & RAG Operations: Manage health AI RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) products and demonstrate a deep understanding of how LLMs are embedded in SaaS applications. You will own the evaluation and selection of models and the monitoring of their performance.

  • Outcomes-Driven Prioritization: Align priorities against company goals and customer needs, with a specific focus on integrating expert reviewers into product evaluations to ensure clinical accuracy.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Work through dependencies on other technical, data science, and medical teams to deliver complex AI solutions.

  • Continuous Discovery: Maintain a rigorous knowledge of how evidence is used in medicine and life sciences and apply this to product development.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

  • Deep understanding of how large language models are embedded in SaaS applications, including model evaluation and performance monitoring.

  • Knowledge of how evidence is used in medicine and life sciences.

  • Experience with RAG products and multi-turn chat context engineering.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you rapidly test hypotheses, drive prioritization, and execute action plans from strategic goals to operational detail.

  • Proven success leading small engineering and data science teams and shipping successful products from inception to launch.
