Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. We are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.
Great design doesn't just look good — it changes how people feel about a product. As a Senior Product Designer at Fueled, you’ll shape that feeling across some of the most interesting digital products being built right now, designing primarily for mobile-first and native app experiences used by millions of people. You won't be handed a brief and told to execute. You'll be there from the very beginning, asking hard questions, pushing for clarity, and helping teams figure out what they're actually building before anyone writes a line of code. Then you'll see it through to launch, iteration, and everything in between — helping teams move faster and make better decisions along the way.
Intentionally remote and globally distributed across six continents, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.
What you will do:- Own product design end-to-end for complex mobile apps and digital products — iOS, Android, responsive web, the whole stack.
- Lead early discovery, defining interaction models, building scalable design systems, and sweating the final details before something ships.
- Translate messy constraints (business goals, technical realities, real user behavior) into experiences that feel obvious in the best possible way.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and clients — not just handing off specs, but genuinely collaborating and facilitating conversations that shape product direction. You’ll help teams make better decisions together.
- Deliver products that users actually want to use — intuitive, polished, and built around real needs.
- Bring calm and momentum to ambiguous situations, helping everyone around you feel more confident about where you're headed.
- Communicate the thinking behind your design decisions clearly, helping teams and stakeholders understand not just what was built, but why it matters.
- Help teams identify the right problems to solve before jumping to solutions.
- Advocate for users — relentlessly — so that the products you ship feel genuinely useful, not just well-designed.
- You've spent 4+ years designing complex products and you're comfortable owning them — the good parts and the hard ones.
- You’re not afraid of ambiguity; you know how to create structure where there isn't any.
- You make design decisions based on research and evidence, not gut feelings or personal taste.
- You lead through collaboration and clear communication, not title.
- You know when to keep refining and when to ship it — because you care about outcomes as much as craft.
Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, projects, geographic location, and business needs.
